Clean and Beautify the Chinatown-International District Neighborhood with us!
Join us as we participate in Chinatown-International District Business Improvement Area (CIDBIA)'s 25th annual CID Spring Clean!
In previous years, 200+ volunteers from the surrounding neighborhoods have helped beautify Chinatown, Japantown, and Little Saigon. Community members and people all around Seattle spend one day working together to clean-up the neighborhood.
Projects include cleaning & maintenance of the parks, window washing, alley reorganizing, graffiti removal, gardening, and so much more. Great event to bring your family, kids, and friends!

After three years of hiatus due to the pandemic, we were excited to celebrate our anniversary and we were glad that our community were equally excited to celebrate it with us! Seattle Downtown Seafair Torchlight Parade 2022
"The Torchlight Parade is where Seafair celebrates the cultural diversity and traditions of the Pacific Northwest with over 100 luminous entries. From dragon dancers to precision drill teams or marching bands to prancing horses, the Alaska Airlines Seafair Torchlight Parade will keep you entertained from start to finish." Ongoing Community Outreach
The Chamber has continued its community outreach efforts in December and January. In the last two months, board members visited small businesses in Seattle Chinatown, chatted with business owners on the pandemic's impact on them, gave them PPE supplies, and gave them posters related to the City of Seattle labor laws.
We will continue our efforts to help the local Chinese businesses through this challenging time.
