Over 20 years of experience in business turnaround and restructuring, entrepreneurship, investment, JV and acquisitions, and executive education in USA and Greater China. Y.P. immigrated to USA from China at age 16 and achieved the American Dream by becoming a CEO of a public listed company 23 years later. He is currently helping PATH, a global health organization dedicating to the health of women and children in developing world, to reach out to the Chinese community in USA and Greater China. Jerry Chang – Founder and CEO, Chang International Group Co., Ltd. Jerry is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in seafood processing, marketing and distribution in North America, Europe and China. Mr. Chang has a B.S degree from Ocean University of China where he holds affiliated professorship and a M.S. degree from School of Fisheries, University of Washington. Mr. Chang also involves in Private Equity and numerous investment projects in China. Mr. Chang was recently featured at “The Power100 - Seafoods Most Powerful Executives” at “Seafood Executive” magazine. Joseph Ho - Director of New Market Development, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Joseph is licensed as a real estate broker since 1984, and helped numerous clients with both residential and commercial real estate including Fortune 500 companies in the greater Seattle area. As a specialist in serving the real estate needs of International Buyers, he has been interviewed by The Seattle Times, CCTV, Bloomberg news and Seattle Magazine. He is also one of the founders of the Seattle Chapter of Asian Real Estate Association of America. Joseph enjoys volunteering for multiple charities and nonprofits including the American Red Cross. Patrick Kuo – Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Patrick had practiced law in the Pacific Northwest with Seattle law firms, such as Perkins Coie. As a Financial Advisor, he is committed to connecting people with ideals and capital to help make our communities at large better. Among the various civic oriented boards he has served over the years, he has been an Advisory Board member to the Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington for two plus decades. Robert Pong-Senior Global Real Estate Advisor, Realogics Sotheby's International Realty Robert’s first job in Seattle was with Expeditors International, a world-renowned Seattle based global logistics company. Later He took on a management position with IDG/B&J, a publicly traded corporation. Robert started and operated two international trade companies, exporting Washington Wines into China and importing building materials from China. Robert also invested in a high-end Western style restaurant in Chongqing. Currently Robert aligned with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty to further develop the firm's Asia desk and to assist migrating Chinese nationals with their US investments. Robert was one of the original founding members of the Washington State China Chamber of Commerce. Andy Yip – Co-founder of Washington Export Group After graduating from the University of Washington, he was recruited by Prudential Financial to lead a diversity effort in the Pacific Northwest. In 2008, Andy saw the opportunity and became independent and started his firm in Mercer Island with his business partner, with a focus on wealth management and estate planning. Following his entrepreneur spirit, Andy went on to co-found the Washington Export Group, with a focus to export select wine from the Pacific Northwest of the United States to Asian markets.
